What Are Our Hours of Operation?

Although we offer 24-hour animal care, our business office is open during the hours listed.
Client requiring special arrangements for checking in or out, may speak with our Client Care Specialist. Halo House Animal Resort offers private in-home pickup and delivery for lodging.

Business Hours:
Sunday-Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

What Are Check-In & Check Out Times?

Similar to that of a hotel, Check-in-time at our Franklinville locations is from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Sunday -Friday and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday.

Check out time in Franklinville is daily by 11:00 am. Dogs going to Day Camp or to our Grooming Spas on check-out day, will not incur lodging rates for the check-out day, only charges for Camp or Grooming will be applied and check-out time is by 4:00 pm. in Franklinville no later than 5:30 pm. Sunday-Friday, Saturday by 4:30 pm.

What if I Need to Pick Up My Pet After Hours?

What Are Our Reservation Policies?

Halo House Animal Resort reserves the right to refuse service and admittance to any pet guest, who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of contagious health conditions, demonstrates aggressive behavior or does not meet our health and temperament standards.

What Are Our Lodging Policies?

Reservations require a 25% deposit, (credit card or cash) of the anticipate reservation charge, at time of booking. Visit our web site: www.halohouseanimalresort.com or call a Client Care Specialist for reservations. Doggie Day Camp: Reservations are highly recommended for staffing and transportation purposes. Non-reservation dogs may be turned away if ratio of dogs to staff is reached.

What Are Our Grooming/Spa Policies?

Appointments are required, as our Grooming Spas book up very quickly. Although we try to accommodate walk-ins or add-on appointments, it is highly recommended to book your appointment several weeks in advance.

What Are Our Day Camp Requirements?

Day Camp is for social dogs to play off leash and have fun. Since safety is our primary goal, Day Camp is not for every dog. Some breeds cannot be accepted into Day Camp. In order to be accepted into Day Camp, each dog must complete an Evaluation, Camp Application, must be four (4) months of age, completed the first two series of vaccinations, including the Bordetella vaccine, and spayed or neutered by seven (7) months of age.

What Are Our Cancellation Policies?

Lodging reservations must be cancelled a minimum of three (3) day prior to arrival. Reservations, No Shows and failure to cancel three (3) days prior, will result in the forfeiture of deposit. Day Camp and Grooming/Spa reservations require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

What Are Our length Of Stay Policies?

Peak/Holiday periods (published on our website at: www.halohouseanimalresort.com), require a two (2) night minimum stay.
