Although we offer 24-hour animal care, our business office is open during the hours listed above. Client’s requiring special arrangements for checking in or out may speak with our Client Care Representatives. Halo House Animal Resort offers private in-home pickup and delivery for lodging.
CHECKING IN: Similar to how a hotel operates, our check in times at our Franklinville location are from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
CHECKING OUT: Check out time to NOT be charged for the day at our Franklinville location is Monday to Sunday, NO later than 11:00am. Dog(s) going to Doggy Day Camp (Play and Stay) or to our Grooming Spa on the day of CHECK OUT will NOT incur lodging rates for the Day of Check out ONLY. For those instances, only charges for Camp and Grooming will be added and applied at check out, check-out time is by 4:00 pm for Grooming/Baths and Doggy Day Camp ONLY.
RESERVATIONS: Halo House Animal Resort reserves the right to refuse service and admittance to any pet guest, who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of contagious health conditions, demonstrates aggressive behavior or does not meet our health and temperament standards.
Lodging: Reservations require a 25% deposit (Credit Card or Cash) at the time of booking, of the anticipated reservation charge. Visit our website at www.HaloHouseAnimalResort.com or call our Client Care Representatives at 856-694-0980 to schedule now.
Doggie Day Camp: Reservations are required 3 days in advance to the day you would like to schedule your dog in for camp. For staffing purposes, non-reserved dog(s) may be turned away if ratio of dogs to staff is reached.
Grooming/Spa: As our grooming spa can be extremely busy, appointments are required. Although we try to accommodate walk-ins or add-on appointments, it is highly recommended to book your appointment several weeks in advance.
DAY CAMP REQUIREMENTS: Doggie Day Camp is for socialized dogs to play off-leash and have a blast! Since safety is our top priority, Day Camp is not for every dog. Some breeds will not be accepted into our Doggie Day Care Program. For your paw-some pooch to be accepted into our Camp program they must have completed the Camp Application, and go through our Camp Evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL DOGS GOING INTO OUR CAMP PROGRAM ARE: Four (4) Months of age or older. Along with completing the first (2) series of vaccinations – INCLUDING BORDETELLA & MUST be Spayed/Neutered BY Seven (7) Months of age.
REFUND – CANCELLATION POLICY: Lodging reservations must be cancelled a minimum of THREE (3) days PRIOR to their scheduled arrival date. No call no shows and failures to cancel within the (3) day time frame before your scheduled date will result in a forfeit of your 25% deposit. For our Doggy Day Camp and Grooming/Spa appointments, they MUST be cancelled (24) hours before your scheduled appointment/time.
LENGTH OF STAY: For our Peak and Holiday periods (Memorial Day to Labor Day) there is a (1) night minimum required for WEEK DAYS ONLY. During our WEEKENDS ONLY we require a (2) night minimum. (1) DAY STAYS ARE NOT PERMITTED DURING THE WEEKENDS.
PAYMENTS: Payment is due at time of check-out. Our system accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. Credit Card Charges May Apply.
